Chiaroscuro Axis: Maykel's composition is split by a striking diagonal shadow cast from left to right. Plunging the narrow street into deep sepia tones, this massive block of shade frames the blinding white glaze of the sky, creating an intense point of contrast, and distance.

Linear Geometry: On the right-hand facade, Maykel maps the passage of the intense Cuban sun striking the projecting balconies. This produces a repeating sequence of dark, architectural shadows that slice across the warm ochre plasterwork, providing a clean rhythmic cadence.

Reflective Chrome and Mass: The foreground perspective is weighted by the solid presence of a classic black sedan.
